Treatment costs vary depending on your insurance policy. If you would like more details about the cost of treatment, you can fill out our “insurance verification” form on the website and we will reach out to your insurance company to verify your benefits. You will receive a call from one of our intake staff within 24 hours to review your benefits and discuss potential treatment costs. If you have a PPO policy, the cost will be your out-of-network deductible, plus any co-insurance per day until you reach your maximum out-of-pocket amount. Once your out-of-pocket maximum is met, you will be covered at 100%. Essentially this means you will never have to pay more than your out-of-network maximum out-of-pocket amount.

In the mental health and addiction treatment fields, these acronyms abbreviate different levels of treatment.
PHP refers to a level of care known as Partial Hospitalization Program. This is more of an insurance term, and most treatment programs will refer to their PHP as a "Day Treatment Program" instead of a Partial Hospitalization Program. Most PHP’s consist of a treatment schedule that is 4-6 days per week for 4-6 hours per day and lasts anywhere from 4-16 weeks in length. At Embodied Recovery, our PHP is Monday-Friday from 8:20am-3:30pm and lasts 12 weeks. Most people will be able to continue living at home or in a Sober Living Environment (SLE).
IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. Traditionally IOP’s offered group therapy sessions for 3-4 hours per day, 3-4 days per week. These groups usually occurred in the evenings after 5pm to accommodate individuals who were working or going to school fulltime during the day.
RTC stands for Residential Treatment Center. This is usually the level of care most people think of when they think about "rehab". RTC's are inpatient facilities where an individual will stay on-site for 30-90 days (sometimes longer). RTC’s will always have 24/7 supervision/staffing and occasionally 24/7 medical staff at the property.
Embodied Recovery is able to offer PHP and IOP services for individuals struggling with their substance use disorder and mental health challenges. We work closely with different Sober Living (SLE) organizations if you are coming from out of the area or if living at home puts your mental health and recovery in jeopardy.
